The standards check in/checkout timing is 02.00 pm/ 11.00 am local time.
The primary guest checking in to the hotel must be at least 18 years of age. As per Indian Government Regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above the age of 18 to show an identity proof (passport for foreign Internationals) at the time of check-in. Accepted proof of identification include Driver license/Voter ID/Passport. PAN card will not be accepted as a valid identity.
Stay of 1 child up to 5 years of age is complimentary without the use of extra matters. Breakfast charges may be applicable for the child. Extra matters will be provided for triple occupancy bookings. The inclusion of ‘extra bed’ with a booking is facilitated with a matter as an extra bed.
In the event of any cancellation, any advance paid is nonrefundable. 100% of the total cost will be charged in case of cancellation/modification or no show.
Booking cannot be canceled/modified on or after the check in date and time mentioned in the Hotel Confirmation Voucher.
Modified booking will be subject to availability and revised booking policy of the hotel. The cancellation/modification charges are standard and any waiver is on the hotel’s discretion. Any e-coupon/discount on the original booking shall be forfeited in the event of cancellation or modification.
Early check-in or late checkout is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.
The amount paid for the room does not include charges for optional services and facilities (such as room service, snacks or telephone calls). These will be charged at the time of checkout.
Should any action by a guest be deemed inappropriate by the hotel, or if any inappropriate behaviors brought to the attention of the hotel, the hotel reserves the right to take action against the guest, after the allegations have been investigated.
Guest shall be liable for any damage, except normal wear and tear, to hotel assets, Guest shall keep the hotel room in a good condition and maintain hygiene and cleanliness.
Lockers for your valuables are available in each room. The hotel shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to your personal belongings.
Pets are strictly not allowed inside the hotel premises without prior consultation.
The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be defined to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in.

Kindly pay the remaining balance for the room on arrival. Food & beverage charges shall be paid on checkout. Kindly sign the Food & Beverage slip once the meal is completed and ensure that the bills are raised correctly.
For any legal proceedings it will be under the jurisdiction of Yercaud court, Salem district. Tamilnadu.

Insects entering the Rooms are common in hill station due to forest atmosphere, any have the room has been double sanitized.
The Wifi connection is coming through Optical Fiber. On Natural calamity, there might be an interaction, the resort is not charging for WIFI and we are not guaranteed for the wifi connectivity and strength.
Using abusing language and soughting inside the premises is prohibited.
The guest is requested not to smoke inside their room or in public areas.
